Is someone at your organization leaving? It might be convenient to disable his/her account to prevent them from accessing your organization's details or abusing the account. Find out below how to proceed.

1. The admin of your organization should log in to his/her Cloudprinter.com account in the Dashboard.

2. Go to Administrate.


3. Now go to Users and select the user that you want to disable.



4. In the User details, change the state of the account to disabled. Do not forget to click save.

The user account is now disabled and cannot be used any longer to login in to any of our services.
